Iain Whyte
Founding Director
Well Operations and Petrophysics Advisor
Iain is a Well Operations Petrophysicist with a strong and current operational background. Iain has worked with oil and gas companies across Africa, Europe, Middle, Central and Southeast Asia and South America.
With prior service company experience he is comfortable managing major contracts that provide DD MWD/LWD, Eline, Mudlogging and coring services, including High Pressure, High Temperature and narrow pore pressure margin drilling and evaluation.
John Williams
Principal Petrophysicist
John’s experience spans 44 years, 38 of which are with major oil and gas companies. John has applied his knowledge as a Senior Petrophysical Advisor to all aspects of the value chain, from entering new countries and associated exploration through appraisal, field development, production and abandonment.
Michel Claverie
Principal Petrophysicist
Michel had a 39 year career with SLB as a Petrophysics Advisor and Technical Director of the Petrophysics Domain for Wireline Logging. Michel led the development of many new petrophysical data acquisition technology and interpretation methods.
Michel has a deep expertise and worldwide experience in petrophysics and formation evaluation for the assessment of net pay, fluid types & volumes, and productivity of complex reservoirs.
He is a recognised expert in the technologies and petrophysical evaluation methods for resistivity, nuclear porosity and elemental spectroscopy, dielectric dispersion, magnetic resonance, and acoustic velocity – at all stages of reservoir exploration and exploitation.
